The members of f/32 Photography Group of Asheville has the privilege of providing The Laurel of Asheville Magazine with an article on photography each month. http://www.thelaurelofasheville.com/
If you would like to submit an article for consideration, please note the following guidelines:
- Keep the article fairly brief. Submissions should be approximately 400 words.
- Include 4-5 images at 300 dpi and approximately 5x7 in size.
- Keep in mind what would be fun for the readers. The article should be happy, conversational, and informative. Think about what you would like to read if you were an amateur photographer just picking up the magazine.
- Try to include a photography tip. (The best time to shoot this subject is ____, or the best settings for this type of image are ____).
- Be sure to include a bio and contact information.
Save your article and images to a CD and deliver it Susan Stanton. Articles are selected based on if they meet the above guidelines, seasonal appropriateness (if applicable), and content. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email Susan Stanton.
